L’Astragale is a house situated in ABEILHAN
 
a small village of 950 inhabitants between Béziers and Pézenas and about twenty kilometres from the Sea

In ABEILHAN one will find :


Post Office, doctor, chemist, bar, pizzeria, newsagent/tobacconist, small general stores, 2 bakers, hairdresser, telephone box, tennis courts, boules area…..bus service to other villages and Béziers.


Only 3kilometres away, at Servian, there is a large municipal swimming pool, all shops, supermarkets with 24hr petrol station.
 
In BEZIERS, one will find all the hypermarkets : Auchan, Geant Casino, Leclerc, Castorama, Obi, Conforama, Leader Price, Intersport etc. At Le Centaure, only fifteen minutes away, is an equestrian centre and pony-club(15% reduction given to l’Astragale guests.)

L’Astragale is a large private house in the form of a ‘U’,
of which the right hand part is to let.
During summer, we are often away, allowing guests sole use of the courtyard.

*  Courtyard  ( 12mX 15m ) offering :

Parking for a vehicle.
Plastic garden table with six chairs and parasol.
Barbecue for your use only. The courtyard has lighting.

*   Ground floor.
Hall, cupboard,toilet and shower room with towels ( shower, washbasin, washing machine ), fridge.

*   First floor.
Kitchen with water heater, butane gas, fridge,…and all accessories ( cooker, crockery, teatowels, serviettes ). Television.
     *  Children’s bedroom with bunkbeds.
     *  Bedroom with three quarter bed.
     *  Bedroom with double bed.
 

ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED.

For the beds, ( sheets and pillow cases ).
Bathroom towels and table linen

 

FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANIMALS.
